Inbetriebnahme-Techniker für CNC-Maschinen (m/w/d) Deutschlandweit
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bereiten eigenverantwortlich die Inbetriebnahmen bzw. Optimierungen von CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen vor und führen diese durch
- Sie stellen alle Parameter der einzelnen Komponenten ein, stimmen die Achsen und Verfahrwege ab und ändern die PLC-Software nach konstruktiven Vorgaben
- Sie optimieren Antriebe und passen die Steuerungssoftware nach den Erfordernissen in enger Abstimmung mit der Software- / Hardwarekonstruktion an
- Sie analysieren, lokalisieren und beheben Störungen selbstständig
- Sie prüfen elektrische Anlagen nach DGUV V3 und führen Service, Umstellung, Inspektion und Wartung von Werkzeugmaschinen durch
- Sie analysieren Fehler bei Maschinenausfall und führen qualitätsgerechte Reparaturen an unseren Werkzeugmaschinen aus, und unterstützen bei Bedarf die Kolleg:innen im Bereich der Elektroinstallation

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf, gerne auch mit einer weiterführenden Qualifikation als Techniker:in, Meister:in oder Ingenieur:in der Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik
- Sie verfügen idealerweise bereits über Berufserfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Werkzeugmaschinen (Siemens/ Heidenhain) und haben Spaß an technischen Herausforderungen
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik/Elektronik, Pneumatik und Hydraulik und verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse von Siemens SINUMERIK und der Siemens Antriebstechnik oder Heidenhain TNC640 bzw. iTNC530
- Sie denken und handeln eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert und haben Kenntnisse in der Handhabung von Bus‐Systemen und industriellen Netzwerken
- Sie zeigen Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Qualitäts‐ und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
