Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist der zentrale Kontaktpunkt für unsere Cloud Kund:innen, wenn es um technische Herausforderungen in der Cloud geht – via Telefon, E-Mail, Ticket oder Live-Chat
- Du nutzt Deine Erfahrung und Deine Analysefähigkeiten, um technische Probleme systematisch zu untersuchen, tief in Ursachenanalysen einzutauchen und passgenaue Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du arbeitest nicht nur reaktiv, sondern gestaltest aktiv mit: durch Feedback an Entwicklungsteams, Mitwirkung an Tools und Automatisierungen oder durch Verbesserungsvorschläge zu unserem Produkt und Prozessen
- Du arbeitest in Zusammenarbeit mit Leadership und anderen Fachabteilungen an strategischen Support-Initiativen, wie z. B. Contact Deflection, Qualitätsverbesserung oder Skalierungsmaßnahmen
- Du dokumentierst zuverlässig in unseren Service-Management-Systemen und behältst auch in komplexen Eskalationen die Kontrolle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/B2)
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Support oder in der Systemadministration mit, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Linux und Windows (Client & Server) sowie sicheres Arbeiten in der Shell (Bash, PowerShell)
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Wissen in IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerktechnik: Apache, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Firewall, VPN, FTP, SSH etc. und Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Cloud-Plattformen (z. B. OpenStack, VMware, Azure, AWS) ist ein Plus
- Du hast eine starke Servicehaltung und Empathie – Du denkst nicht in Tickets, sondern in Kundenerlebnissen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit ITSM-Tools und Prozessen (ITIL Kenntnisse bzw. ITIL V3 Foundation Zertifizierung wünschenswert) und die Bereitschaft für Schichtdienst und gelegentlichen Bereitschaftsdienst. Von Vorteil sind außerdem: Erfahrung mit Container-Orchestrierung (Kenntnisse in der Kubernetes-Administration und -Entwicklung, einschließlich Installation, Konfiguration und Fehlerbehebung von Clustern)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
