Teamleiter Strategischer Einkauf und Projekteinkauf (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen strategisch und operativ ein Team von Einkäufer:innen, inklusive Coaching und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die strategische Beschaffung für Entwicklungsprojekte und Serienprodukte, inklusive Auswahl, Bewertung und Verhandlung neuer sowie bestehender Lieferanten
- Sie steuern strategische Marktanalysen zur gezielten Lieferantenentwicklung mit Fokus auf Qualität, Kosten und langfristige Partnerschaften
- Sie treffen Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und analysieren die beste Fertigungs- und Beschaffungsstrategie in Abstimmung mit Warengruppen-Einkäufer:innen und Fachbereichen
- Sie konsolidieren und setzen Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Beschaffungskosten und Minimierung von Risiken in der Lieferkette um
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Projektcontrolling und Reporting und stellen die termin- und kostengerechte Umsetzung von Einkaufsprojekten sicher
- Sie entwickeln und setzen die Einkaufsstrategie für die zugeordneten Warengruppen um
- Sie arbeiten intensiv bereichsübergreifend mit internen Stakeholdern (Engineering, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung) zusammen, um optimale Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsbedingungen sicherzustellen
- Sie führen Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen, inklusive Jahrespreisverhandlungen und Anpassung von Serienlieferungen
- Sie optimieren Beschaffungslogistik und Prozessabläufe zur Steigerung der Effizienz

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf oder in der Projektleitung
- Sie besitzen Führungskompetenz und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bereich Entwässerungsprodukte und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (C2) sowie Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- Sie zeigen eine hohe Reisebereitschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
