Servicetechniker für Haushaltsgroßgeräte im Außendienst (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bekommst Servicetermine vom Innendienst und arbeitest diese selbstständig ab.
- Du führst Fehlerdiagnosen durch und reparierst Haushaltsgroßgeräte wie Waschmaschinen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschränke und Herde direkt beim Kunden vor Ort.
- Du kümmerst dich um Ersatzteilbesorgung und Abrechnung deiner Einsätze.
- Du arbeitest dabei Hand in Hand mit den Verkäufern im Ladengeschäft zusammen.
- Du berätst Kunden zu optimaler Gerätenutzung, Wartung und Pflege ihrer Haushaltsgeräte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im Elektrobereich und mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit der Reparatur von Elektrogeräten.
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein Klasse B und bist bereit zur flexiblen Einsatzplanung im Außendienst.
- Du hast ein gepflegtes Auftreten und kannst gut mit Kunden umgehen.
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig und selbstständig und bringst handwerkliches Geschick sowie technisches Verständnis für moderne Haushaltsgeräte mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
