Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind eine kompetente Ansprechperson und wichtiger Erfolgsfaktor für unsere Mandant:innen
- Sie erstellen vollständig die Finanzbuchhaltungen für Gesellschaften und Einzelunternehmen, mit den dazugehörigen Monatsabschlüssen und bereiten die Buchhaltungen für den Jahresabschluss vor
- Damit sich unsere Mandant:innen auf ihr Kerngeschäft konzentrieren können, übernehmen Sie ebenso die Kommunikation mit dem Finanzamt
- Sie nutzen die Möglichkeiten der digitalen Buchhaltung, um sich und unseren Mandant:innen die Arbeit zu erleichtern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung und haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit buchhalterischem Fachwissen oder auch eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in
- In der Buchhaltung kennen Sie sich aus und haben zudem fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und dem Steuerrecht
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sind Sie sicher, und Kontenabstimmungen sind in der monatlichen Buchhaltung selbstverständlich
- Sie haben Freude und Interesse daran, die Digitalisierung in der Steuerberatung mitzugestalten und Arbeitsabläufe sowie Prozesse laufend zu optimieren
- Auf Sie ist Verlass und eine sorgfältige, selbständige und mandant:innenorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie haben Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und aktivem Mandant:innenkontakt

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
