Was erwartet dich?
- Du setzt zielgerichtete Performance Marketing Kampagnen auf, steuerst diese kanalübergreifend (z. B. SEA, Paid Social) und optimierst sie kontinuierlich anhand relevanter KPIs
- Du experimentierst mit neuen Marketing-Kanälen und Formaten, evaluierst deren Potenziale und integrierst erfolgreiche Ansätze in unsere Marketingstrategie
- Du entwickelst und steuerst Maßnahmen zur Gewinnung qualifizierter Leads für unsere Mieterstrom-Angebote
- Du erstellst überzeugende Marketingmaterialien – von SEO-Texten über Whitepaper bis hin zu Videokonzepten – und trägst so zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Content-Strategie bei
- Du identifizierst potenzielle Großkund:innen und entwickelst passgenaue, performanceorientierte Kampagnen für deren gezielte Ansprache (bspw. Mailing)
- Du übernimmst das Marketing unserer Messeauftritte und sorgst für nahtlose Kommunikation und professionelle Präsenz

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, idealerweise in einem performance-orientierten Umfeld und bist eine KPI-getriebene Arbeitsweise gewohnt
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine datengetriebene Denkweise, gepaart mit einem kreativen Blick für wirkungsvolle Marketingmaßnahmen
- Du arbeitest proaktiv und hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du bringst den Willen mit, Dinge voranzutreiben und eigenständig zum Erfolg beizutragen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Marketing-Tools wie Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot oder vergleichbaren Plattformen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
