- Eigenverantwortung: Du erkennst neue Marktpotenziale im EdTech-Segment und entwickelst strategisch durchdachte Zugänge zu potenziellen Kunden
- Consulting: Unsere Überzeugung? Gute Beratung verkauft! Daher wirst du Expert*in für hiveQ und begleitest unsere Interessenten bis zum Abschluss – indem du aufmerksam zuhörst, dich in ihre Perspektive hineinversetzt und ihre konkreten Use Cases gezielt in unsere Plattform adaptierst
- Kundenorientierung: Du bist vor Ort bei Neukunden und vertrittst unsere Marke und die damit verbundenen Werte innerhalb des DACH-Raums nach außen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Dein Background: Bzgl. deiner Ausbildung sind wir offen. Was du aber mitbringen solltest, sind entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb / Consulting und der Kunden- und Projektbetreuung. Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung im L&D Markt im HR Consulting bzw. im Bereich Kundentraining.
- Technisches Verständnis: Dein tiefergehendes Verständnis von Cloud-Lösungen und Interesse an Learning Management Systemen helfen dir, schnell ein kompetenter Consultant für hiveQ zu sein
- Präsentationsgeschick: Du hast Freude daran, potenziellen Kunden unsere Plattform in Live-Demos näherzubringen und komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Kommunikationstalent: Deine Stärken liegen in der exzellenten Kommunikation sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch
- Empathisches Auftreten: Du überzeugst uns durch dein Einfühlungsvermögen und du bringst ein gutes Gespür für Kunden mit
- Reisebereitschaft: Du bist gerne bereit zu reisen (DACH-Raum)

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
