Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen immunhämatologische Diagnostik durch, einschließlich Blutgruppenbestimmungen, Kreuzproben, Antikörperdifferenzierungen mit verschiedenen Techniken und Qualitätskontrollen
- Sie verwalten und organisieren das Blutdepot sowie die Logistik der Blutprodukte, einschließlich externer Depots
- Sie unterstützen bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben (MPG, RiliBÄK, DIN 15189, etc.)
- Sie bearbeiten selbstständig automatisierte Blutbilderstellungen und deren technische Validation
- Sie bewerten manuelle Differenzialblutbilder eigenständig nach einer ausgiebigen Einarbeitung unter ärztlicher Aufsicht
- Sie führen interne und externe Qualitätssicherheitsmaßnahmen durch und wirken am Qualitätsmanagementsystem der Abteilung mit
