Was erwartet Dich?
- Du entwickelst datengetriebene Kampagnenstrategien, bei denen auch mal siebenstellige Budgets ins Spiel kommen – immer mit dem Ziel, richtig was zu bewegen.
- Du bist strategische:r Sparringspartner:in für unsere renommierten Kunden – beratend, steuernd, vorausschauend.
- Du stellst die richtigen Fragen, denkst dich tief in Geschäftsmodelle und Zielgruppen rein und leitest daraus wirksame Strategien ab.
- Du steuerst Kampagnen nicht nur technisch, sondern auch kommunikativ – mit Feingefühl und dem richtigen Timing.
- Du analysierst die Performance, ziehst smarte Learnings und sorgst mit kontinuierlicher Optimierung dafür, dass aus „gut“ immer wieder „noch besser“ wird.
- Du bist proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und immer einen Schritt voraus – weil dir das Mitdenken im Blut liegt.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing (gern mehr) – am liebsten mit LinkedIn Ads, Meta oder SEA im Gepäck.
- Du bringst strategisches Denken, Selbstständigkeit und den Willen mit, Dinge weiterzuentwickeln – dich und deine Kunden.
- Du bist kommunikativ stark – kannst Menschen abholen, mitnehmen und auch mal liebevoll challengen.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
