Dann komm zu uns: Als E-Commerce Manager:in bei Funzy entwickelst du unseren Shopify-Shop strategisch wie operativ weiter – mit Fokus auf Conversion-Rate, Warenkorbwert und Kundenerlebnis. Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Design und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und hast dabei jede Menge Freiraum für eigene Ideen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du findest und priorisierst Optimierungspotenziale entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
- Du planst Tests & Projekte datenbasiert – von CRO bis Funnel-Logik
- Du analysierst Markttrends und führst Benchmarkings durch
- Du verantwortest die User Experience auf Mobile & Desktop
- Du baust und optimierst Shopseiten (Startseite, PDP, PLP, Bundles etc.)
- Du nimmst kleinere HTML/CSS-Anpassungen direkt selbst vor
- Du koordinierst komplexere Aufgaben mit Design & Entwicklung
- Du steuerst Agenturen und Freelancer:innen (z. B. SEO, App-Integrationen)
- Du übernimmst Anforderungsmanagement, Testing & Prozessdokumentation
- Du planst und führst A/B-Tests durch und analysierst sie mit Tools wie GA4, Hotjar, Clarity oder KNO
- Du trackst KPIs und entwickelst daraus konkrete Maßnahmen
- Du arbeitest mit unserem Performance-Team (Meta, Pinterest, SEA) an conversionstarken Landingpages
- Du bringst Ideen für A/B-Tests ein (Creatives, Messaging, Funnel)
- Du unterstützt bei neuen Kampagnen, Launches & Bundles

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von Shopify-Shops (Must-Have)
- Starkes Verständnis für UX, E-Commerce Design & Conversion-Funnels
- Gute HTML/CSS-Kenntnisse – Liquid oder JS sind ein Plus
- Vertraut mit gängigen Shopify-Apps (z. B. Klaviyo, Shoplift, Reviews, Bundles etc.)
- Analytisches Denken und Erfahrung mit GA4, Clarity, KNO & Co.
- Know-how in Verkaufspsychologie, CRO & ggf. Copywriting
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Projektmanagement-Skills & Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
