- Sie führen datenbasierte Analyse- und Optimierungsarbeiten von Verbandsdaten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen durch
- Sie entwickeln und optimieren Controlling-Dashboards und Reports für alle Bereiche und Funktionen des Verbands mit Microsoft Power BI
- Sie entwickeln und richten Berichte mit dem Microsoft Report Builder ein
- Sie koordinieren und unterstützen externe Dienstleister fachlich
- Sie begleiten Weiterentwicklungsprojekte und arbeiten mit KI-Tools zur Ergebnisoptimierung

- Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling und in der strukturierten Analyse großer Datenmengen

- Sie haben eine Affinität für Zahlen und komplexe Zusammenhänge

- Sie überzeugen in der Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache (C1 Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
