Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind die Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und unseren Außendienst
- Sie übernehmen das Angebots- und Auftragsmanagement, wirken bei der Angebotserstellung mit, erfassen Aufträge, erstellen Auftragsbestätigungen, Zollanmeldungen und überwachen die Liefertermine sowie laufende Projekte
- Sie erstellen Vertriebsstatistiken zur Analyse des Kundenverhaltens und der aktuellen Markttrends
- Sie führen Nachkalkulationen der jeweiligen Artikel durch und erstellen Übersichten zur Auftragssituation
- Sie tauschen sich mit dem Bereich Product Engineering aus, insbesondere bezüglich Produktänderungen
- Sie arbeiten mit dem Einkauf bezüglich Materialverfügbarkeit zusammen und unterstützen bei Bedarf im Lieferantenmanagement und bei der Beschaffung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (zum Beispiel als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement) und idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst eines Industrieunternehmens
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in einem ERP-System (zum Beispiel SAP) sowie in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sie besitzen Vertriebsprozesskenntnisse und technisches Verständnis
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben eine hohe Kundenorientierung und Problemlösekompetenz
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
