Was erwartet dich?

Du analysierst und optimierst SAP Grantor-Prozesse und entwickelst praxistaugliche Lösungen
Du begleitest aktiv die Transformation von SAP CRM 7 Grantor zu SAP S/4HANA – von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis hin zur produktiven Einführung
Du konfigurierst und betreust Anwendungen im SAP WebUI-Umfeld und steuerst das Anforderungsmanagement, inklusive Jira-Boards und -Tickets
Du führst Fehleranalysen durch, identifizierst technische Probleme durch gezieltes Debugging und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen im Troubleshooting
Du entwickelst Datenmodelle, übernimmst deren Modellierung und Normalisierung und planst sowie führst Testszenarien durch
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team in agilen Projekten (Scrum / Kanban) zusammen und bist kompetente Ansprechperson auf Augenhöhe für unsere Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast Erfahrung im SAP Grantor Management und kennst die spezifischen Anforderungen im öffentlichen oder fördermittelbezogenen Umfeld
Du bringst praktische Kenntnisse in SAP CRM und/oder S/4HANA mit – insbesondere in förderrelevanten Prozessen
Du hast idealerweise Einblicke in SAP PSM (Public Sector Management) und Grundwissen im SAP FI – oder bist bereit, Dich schnell in diese Themen einzuarbeiten
Du verstehst die technische und funktionale Logik hinter dem SAP WebUI und kannst Dich sicher darin bewegen
Du fühlst Dich wohl in agilen Teams und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Scrum, Kanban oder ähnliche Methoden mit
Du löst komplexe Herausforderungen analytisch und konzeptionell und bist Teamplayer:in, die unsere Kund:innen mit Deiner angenehmen Art und Deiner qualitätsorientierten Arbeitsweise überzeugt
