Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Bereich Planung und Bauausführung
- Du koordinierst alle Projektbeteiligten und internen Abläufe
- Du berätst in technischer Vertragsführung sowie in der Qualitätssicherung, Termin- und Kostensteuerung
- Du dokumentierst die Projektergebnisse gemäß DB-Vorgaben
- Du wickelst projektbezogene Verträge ab und erstellst die Abrechnung

- Eine Gehaltsspanne von 45.000€ (brutto) bis 80.000€ (brutto) - abhängig von deiner bisherigen Erfahrung!

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienmanagement, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung, idealerweise im Bahnsektor
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Doxis, iTWO und PKP
- Du bringst fundiertes Know-how in DB-Prozessen mit
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und eine hohe Eigenverantwortung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
