Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Projektierung von Sanitärtechnik- sowie von Druckluft- und Gasanlagen
- Du analysierst die Grundlagen und Planungsanforderungen unserer Projekte und erarbeitest selbstständig Planungskonzepte bis zur Ausführungsreife, wobei du alternative Lösungsmöglichkeiten betrachtest
- Du stellst komplexe Anlagenschemata auf und präsentierst eigenständig Konzepte der sanitärtechnischen Anlagen gegenüber Kund:innen
- Du berechnest die Herstellungskosten, erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse und führst Berechnungen und Bemessungen der technischen Anlagen durch
- Du fasst Ergebnisse zusammen, erläuterst und dokumentierst diese und wirkst bei der Auftragserteilung an die ausführenden Firmen mit, indem du Bietergespräche führst
- Du stimmst dich mit Auftraggebenden, Architekt:innen, Behörden, öffentlichen Versorgern und anderen Projektbeteiligten ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Studiengang, eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Techniker:in oder über vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Planung von Sanitäranlagen, insbesondere im Bereich Druckluft- und technische Gase, nach den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der HOAI, oder bist motiviert, dir diese Expertise anzueignen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive Arbeitsweise aus und arbeitest gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau
- Du gehst professionell mit den einschlägigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen um

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
