Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen eigenverantwortlich einen festen Mandantenstamm, agieren als erste Ansprechperson bei steuerlichen Fragen und erstellen die zugehörigen privaten sowie betrieblichen Steuererklärungen.
- Mithilfe von DATEV erstellen Sie Jahresabschlüsse und Einnahmen-Überschuss-Rechnungen für Unternehmen verschiedener Rechtsformen und Branchen.
- Sie übernehmen die laufende Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung für Ihre Mandate und gewährleisten eine präzise sowie termingerechte Abwicklung.
- Sie kommunizieren proaktiv mit Finanzämtern sowie Behörden und arbeiten im Team eng mit den Steuerberater:innen bei komplexen Sachverhalten zusammen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über einen Hintergrund im Steuerwesen, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder mit einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
- Alternativ bringen Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Mandatsbetreuung oder Buchhaltung mit.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, schätzen aber auch den fachlichen Austausch im Team.
- Mit Ihren sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen und Ihrer analytischen Denkweise gelingt es Ihnen, auch komplexe steuerliche Themen für Mandanten verständlich aufzubereiten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
