Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Annahme und Vergabe von Transportaufträgen im Bereich der Disposition national sowie international, schwerpunktmäßig für konventionelle Verkehre wie auch Containerverkehre verantwortlich
- Du behältst stets die Kundenanforderungen in Bezug auf Kosten und Pünktlichkeit im Blick und stimmst dich regelmäßig mit unseren operativen Abteilungen ab
- Du stellst sicher, dass gesetzliche Qualitätsstandards und interne Arbeitsprozesse eingehalten werden
- Du betreust die Erstellung von Kundenangeboten, achtest zudem auf einen lückenlosen Informationsfluss und setzt alle dafür nötigen Kommunikationsmittel versiert ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Disposition mit, bestenfalls im Containerverkehr sowie optimalerweise erste Vertriebserfahrung
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum/zur Speditionskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit speditionellem Hintergrund, gerne auch als Quereinsteiger:in
- Du verfügst über gute Geographiekenntnisse national im Bereich Verkehr, Hafen etc.
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und hohes Kostenbewusstsein
- Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Du bist belastbar und fähig zur selbstständigen, eigenverantwortlichen Arbeit
- Du verfügst über Kreativität und organisatorisches Geschick
- Du hast kommunikative Stärke und Überzeugungskraft
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- sowie mindestens gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
