Was erwartet dich?
- Du sorgst dafür, dass das Tagesgeschäft in der Logistik reibungslos verläuft, einschließlich Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Auslieferung und Retouren.
- Du überwachst die termingerechte, wirtschaftliche und qualitätskonforme Abwicklung aller logistischen Prozesse.
- Du analysierst und optimierst ständig die Abläufe, Kosten, Produktivität und Qualität.
- Du planst strategisch die Lager- und Transportprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung des Supply Chain Managements und der Logistik.
- Du arbeitest an der Sortimentsplanung, dem Bestandsmanagement und der Steuerung der Lieferant*innen mit.
- Du leitest und setzt Projekte zur Prozessverbesserung um, wie die Einführung eines Lagerverwaltungssystems (LVS).
- Du führst die Mitarbeitenden im Logistikbereich fachlich und disziplinarisch und organisierst Urlaubs- sowie Schichtpläne.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft abgeschlossen – alternativ bringst Du eine erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik mit und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Logistik gesammelt, idealerweise im Getränkefachgroßhandel
- Du führst größere Teams souverän und mit nachweisbarem Erfolg
- Lean-Management, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du beherrschst die gängigen MS-Office-Programme sicher, insbesondere Excel
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Logistikprozessen sowie in der Umsetzung von Logistikprojekten
