ACS International, ein führender europäischer Hersteller und Händler von Aromachemikalien, sucht einen Digital Transformation Program Manager, um unternehmensweite Innovationen durch SAP B1/Salesforce-Implementierung und Cloud-Modernisierung voranzutreiben.
Was wir von Dir erwarten
- Du leitest das gesamte digitale Transformationsprogramm, von der Planung bis zur Ausführung.
- Du verantwortest die Migration von SAP Business One zu SAP S/4HANA und/oder Salesforce und stellst dabei die Datenintegrität und Business Continuity sicher.
- Du betreust SAP- (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) und Salesforce-Module (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) sowie Microsoft Office-Upgrades.
- Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Stakeholdern (Supply Chain, Finanzen, Einkauf, Logistik...) zusammen, um Geschäftsanforderungen in skalierbare Systeme umzusetzen.
- Du optimierst Arbeitsabläufe (Order-to-Cash, Forecast-to-Delivery) und leitest das Änderungsmanagement teamübergreifend

Wen wir suchen
- 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der digitalen Transformation oder ERP-Implementierung (SAP B1/Salesforce).
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination externer Berater und in der Verwaltung globaler Projektbudgets.
- Tieferes Verständnis der Fertigungs- und Lieferkettenprozesse.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise – du bist in der Lage, Geschäftsziele in technische Systeme umzusetzen.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch- und Englisch auf C1-Niveau
- Bachelor oder Master in Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
