Was erwartet Dich?
- Du verantwortest die Planung von Hochbauprojekten, wie Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern oder Gewerbebauten, über die Leistungsphasen 1-5 der HOAI.
- Mithilfe von Auto-CAD erstellst du die vollständigen Entwurfs- und Ausführungspläne und bringst idealerweise auch deine Revit-Kenntnisse ein.
- Du übernimmst die Koordination und Abstimmung aller Planungsdetails mit internen Teams, externen Fachplanern und den zuständigen Genehmigungsbehörden.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehst du unseren Auftraggebern während der gesamten Planungsphase beratend zur Seite.
- Du unterstützt die Projekt- und Bauleitung aktiv bei der Vorbereitung der Vergabe und der qualitätsgerechten Umsetzung deiner Planung auf der Baustelle.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens (Hochbau) oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung in den LPH 1-5 mit.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bautechnik sowie in der Planung und Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und AutoCAD bist du sicher, während Kenntnisse in Revit ein willkommenes Plus sind.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, wobei du Kreativität und Teamgeist geschickt miteinander verbindest.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
