Teamleiter im Vertrieb und Kundenmanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson, Mentor:in und Coach bei der Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele und beflügelst dein Team als Vorbild zu Höchstleistungen mit eigenen Vertriebserfolgen sowie anhand klarer KPIs
- Du sprichst gemeinsam mit deinem Team potentielle neue Kund:innen aktiv an und baust gleichzeitig die langfristige Zusammenarbeit mit Bestandskund:innen aus
- Du identifizierst Anforderungen von Kund:innen, qualifizierst Anfragen, fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen und Spezialist:innen, begleitest Interviews, führst eigenständig und professionell Vertragsverhandlungen und baust dir ein stabiles Kundennetzwerk auf, mit dem du die Erreichung der Ergebnisziele sicherstellst
- Du bist als Teamleitung verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die operative Führung deines Teams und übernimmst die Einarbeitung und Ausbildung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst optimalerweise 2 Jahre Führungs- bzw. Mentoringerfahrung mit und verstehst dich als Teamplayer:in, der:die die Mannschaft voranbringt, mit dem Ziel, Unternehmens- aber auch persönliches Wachstum zu generieren
- Du verfügst idealerweise über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales bei einem Personaldienstleister und belegst mit deinem erfolgreichen Track Record, dass du Drive im Vertrieb und eine ausgeprägte leistungsorientierte Einstellung hast
- Du kombinierst deine vertriebsorientierte Mentalität mit argumentationsstarkem Verhandlungsgeschick, hast Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Major Accounts und bewegst dich auf Entscheider-Ebene versiert
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine Affinität für IT- und Software-Themen, die dein Profil abrunden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
