Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Planung von Projekten im kommunalen Tiefbau (Kanalisation/Wasserversorgung) über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI mit.
- Du erstellst technische Zeichnungen sowie Planungsunterlagen mit AutoCAD und unterstützt bei der Massen- und Kostenermittlung.
- Du bereitest Ausschreibungen vor und hilfst der Projektleitung beim Kostencontrolling, um den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg sicherzustellen.
- Du begleitest die Bauausführung vor Ort und stimmst dich dabei eng mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Baufirmen ab.
- Du pflegst und verwaltest alle projektrelevanten Daten und Dokumente sorgfältig in unseren Datenbanken und Systemen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in der Siedlungswasserwirtschaft.
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in Planungssoftware wie AutoCAD und im Umgang mit Datenbanken mit.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie strukturiert und hast Freude daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Als kommunikative Persönlichkeit fällt dir die Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern und dem Team leicht.
- Für die reibungslose Projektkommunikation sprichst und schreibst du Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
