Immobilienverwalter für Gewerbeimmobilien (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche, operative Verantwortung für die zu betreuenden Immobilien
- Du bist für die vollumfängliche, laufende Mieterbetreuung zuständig und bist die erste Ansprechperson für die Mieter:innen
- Du korrespondierst mit Behörden, Dienstleistern und Versorgern
- Du prüfst und gibst Rechnungen frei
- Du bearbeitest offene Posten sowie Mahnläufe, inklusive Forderungsmanagement
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest Reportings auf Objektebene
- Du führst Übergaben und Abnahmen von Mietflächen durch, inklusive deren Mangelnachverfolgung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Facility Management
- Du organisierst und pflegst die Objektdaten in internen und externen Datenräumen
- Du planst und kontrollierst die Bewirtschaftungskosten im Rahmen von Businessplanerstellung und Liquiditätsplanungen sowie Soll-Ist-Abgleich
- Du erstellst Betriebskostenabrechnungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) und/oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder immobilienspezifisches Studium
- Du denkst und handelst eigenverantwortlich
- Du hast eine zupackende, unternehmerische „Hands-on-Mentalität“
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du bringst Engagement, Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
