Was erwartet dich?
- Du implementierst und verbesserst Release- und Deployment-Prozesse in Übereinstimmung mit unseren Sicherheitsprozessen
- Du planst und koordinierst Releases mit operativen Abteilungen und überwachst die Release-Zeitpläne
- Du stellst die Qualität sicher, indem du die Release-Qualität durch geeignete Test- und Genehmigungsprozesse verwaltest
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Management und die Optimierung der Release-Prozesse, um eine effiziente Durchführung zu gewährleisten und die Belastung des Systems zu minimieren
- Du arbeitest mit den operativen Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Releases termingerecht und mit hoher Qualität geliefert werden
- Du analysierst und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Release- und Deployment-Aktivitäten, um den Anforderungen der internationalen Märkte gerecht zu werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Software-Releases und Deployments, vorzugsweise in einer Cloud-basierten Umgebung
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Optimierung von Release-Management-Prozessen, einschließlich der Integration von Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Koordination und Überwachung von Zeitplänen für Software-Releases
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherungsprozessen und der Verwaltung von Test- und Genehmigungsverfahren
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Teams und Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Tools zur Verwaltung von Releases und Deployments
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und zielorientiert mit einer starken Ausrichtung auf Effizienz und Qualität
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Englisch (CEFR C1 oder höher) und fließend in Deutsch (mindestens C2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
