Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst präzise sphärische Linsen nach technischen Zeichnungen und trägst damit direkt zur Qualität unserer optischen Systeme bei.
- Du übernimmst das eigenständige Einrichten, Bedienen und Bestücken unserer modernen CNC-gesteuerten sowie konventionellen Schleif- und Poliermaschinen.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher, indem du eigenständig Prüfungen durchführst und die Ergebnisse sorgfältig dokumentierst.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinen Kolleg:innen in der Fertigung wirkst du bei der Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe mit und bringst deine Ideen ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Feinoptiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung von sphärischen Linsen mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Polier- und Schleifmaschinen.
- Dein technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie deine präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, bist zuverlässig und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
