Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung für unser Kernprodukt und gestaltest gemeinsam mit dem Team die Weiterentwicklung von Mailissa – unserem smarten KI-Add-in für Outlook
- Du entwickelst skalierbare Softwarelösungen in der Microsoft-365-Welt, bringst neue Technologien ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme stabil, performant und zukunftssicher laufen
- Du führst dein Team fachlich, erkennst Stärken, förderst Weiterentwicklung und hilfst dabei, Wissen transparent und effektiv zu teilen
- Du wendest agile Prozesse wie Scrum oder Kanban sicher im Team ein und optimierst die Arbeitsweise gemeinsam mit den Kolleg:innen kontinuierlich
- Du bleibst am Puls der Tech-Welt, testest neue Tools, Frameworks und KI-Services – und bringst alles ein, was unser Produkt smarter und unsere Kund:innen zufriedener macht
- Du arbeitest mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Infrastruktur und Betrieb zusammen, um den nachhaltigen Erfolg des Produkts sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Leitung von Softwareteams mit – und weißt, wie man Menschen und Technologien zusammenbringt
- Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrungen in Backend- und Frontend-Entwicklung (idealerweise Java, TypeScript, Node.js, Python) und bist sicher im Umgang mit Containern und Clustern (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Du hast viel Erfahrung in Cloud Computing (primär Microsoft Azure), Microservices und Microsoft 365 (Graph, Outlook)
- Du bist vertraut mit gängigen Entwicklungstools wie Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Visual Studio (Code), IntelliJ/Eclipse
- Du hast methodische Exzellenz bezüglich Entwicklungsvorgehen, Design Patterns und Software-Design
- Du hast bereits mit KI-Tools oder Frameworks wie LangChain, LLMs oder NLP gearbeitet – oder du bist motiviert, dich in diese Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du besitzt ein tiefes Verständnis agiler Prinzipien und bist erfahren in der Anwendung agiler Methodiken wie Scrum und/oder Kanban
- Du führst mit Herz, schaffst Struktur und motivierst durch Transparenz, Vertrauen und Klarheit – nicht durch Ansagen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
