- Du denkst intelligente Postfächer neu und entwickelst bei unserem Unternehmen mit modernen LLM-Frameworks wie LangChain und LangGraph innovative KI-Features, um das E-Mail-Management für unsere Nutzer:innen revolutionär smarter zu gestalten
- Du skalierst KI in der Cloud, setzt skalierbare und leistungsstarke KI-Systeme mithilfe von Microsoft Azure um und optimierst unsere Deployments kontinuierlich hinsichtlich Performance und Zuverlässigkeit
- Du treibst technologische Innovation, indem du eigenverantwortlich neue Frameworks, Tools und Trends im Bereich Large Language Models, Webentwicklung (Node.js, Nest.js, FastAPI) und Vektordatenbanken (Weaviate, Qdrant, Azure AI Search) evaluierst, um Prototypen und Produktfeatures zukunftsfähig weiterzuentwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst praxisnahe LLM-Erfahrung mit und hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Skalierung von LLM-Systemen in Produktionsumgebungen
- Du hast Programmierexpertise in Python und TypeScript, die dein tägliches Handwerkszeug sind, und fundierte Kenntnisse in Web-Frameworks wie Node.js, Nest.js oder FastAPI
- Du nutzt LangChain und LangGraph souverän und beherrschst Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Tool-Augmented Generation und effizientes Prompt Engineering
- Du hast Cloud-Erfahrung mit Azure als deinem Daily Driver für produktive KI-Deployments, optimierst Prozesse fortlaufend und stellst stabile, skalierbare Anwendungen sicher
- Du hast eine agile Denkweise und Teamspirit, komplexe Herausforderungen motivieren dich und du liebst den konstruktiven Wissensaustausch in agilen Teams
- Du hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
