- Kundenhardware vorbereiten: Konfiguration der Geräte, Installation notwendiger Software und Einrichtung zugehöriger Websystem-Accounts vor dem Versand.
- Versandprozesse koordinieren: Organisation der Versandvorbereitung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Customer Success Team – zuverlässig, pünktlich und transparent.
- Bestände und Lager verwalten: Überwachung der Lagerbestände, Optimierung der Lagerstruktur am Standort Stuttgart sowie Abstimmung von Nachbestellungen mit dem Operations Team.
- Hardwarequalität sichern: Bewertung der eingesetzten Hardware und ihres Zubehörs, Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und dem Testen neuer Komponenten.
- Prozesse weiterentwickeln: Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Abläufe im Zusammenspiel mit Operations und Customer Success.
- Systemverständnis aufbauen: Durchführung eigener Befahrungen mit unserem System zur praxisnahen Nutzung und zur Steigerung des Produktverständnisses.
- Wareneingang & Rückläufer managen: Organisation und Dokumentation von eingehenden Lieferungen, Koordination von Rücksendungen und Austausch defekter Geräte.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
