In deiner Rolle als Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) für unseren Shop-in-Shop in Sursee (Luzern) bist du Teil eines erfolgsorientierten Teams in einem international agierendem Familienbetrieb. Gemeinsam mit uns gestaltest du die Zukunft der Einrichtungsberatung, indem du Kunden dabei unterstützt, die besten Teppichlösungen zu finden und ihre Wohnräume stilvoll zu gestalten. Deine Arbeit trägt maßgeblich zur Mission bei, hochwertige Einrichtungserlebnisse zu bieten, die Kunden begeistern und nachhaltig beeindrucken.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst professionelle Beratungsgespräche zu Teppich-Kollektionen für unseren Shop-in-Shop in Luzern (Schweiz)
- Du planst und bestellst verschiedene Einrichtungsalternativen nach den Wünschen der Kunden
- Du pflegst die Ausstellung deiner eigenen Abteilung und überwachst den Lagerbestand
- Du überwachst und kontrollierst die Preisauszeichnung
- Du platzierst und beschilderst Werbeware zu Aktionszeiträumen
- Du nimmst bei Bedarf auch Termine bei Kunden vor Ort wahr

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du begeisterst dich für Wohnungseinrichtung und hast Freude am Beratungsgespräch mit Kunden
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Know-how für Einrichtungen, Möbel, Teppiche oder Textilien
- Du setzt dich engagiert ein, bist kontaktfreudig und handelst kundenorientiert
- Du hast ein sicheres, freundliches und positives Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
- Du zeichnest dich durch Verkaufsgeschick und Organisationstalent aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
