Was erwartet dich?
- Du verwaltest eigenständig Mehrfamilienhäuser und größere Immobilienprojekte ohne WEG-Verwaltung
- Du erstellst fristgerechte Betriebskostenabrechnungen inklusive Belegprüfung und kommunizierst diese professionell mit den Mieter:innen
- Du fungierst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für alle Mieteranliegen und pflegst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen
- Du erstellst, prüfst und überwachst Dienstleistungsverträge mit externen Partnern
- Du koordinierst Termine mit Handwerksbetrieben und Dienstleistern und führst dabei Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrollen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung
- Du beherrschst die Verwaltungssoftware Immoware24 oder hast Erfahrung in ähnlichen Programmen
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Miet- und Vertragsrecht sowie in der Vertragsverhandlung
- Du hast Erfahrung in der professionellen Mieterkommunikation und der Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
