Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust Dein eigenes Portfolio an Bestandskund:innen und bist der Katalysator für eine langlebige, positive Bindung
- Du sorgst als erste Ansprechperson für die individuelle Betreuung unserer Kund:innen, bearbeitest mit hoher Lösungsorientierung ihre Anliegen und betreust sie über Jahre hinweg
- Im Service Management begleitest Du die Geschäftskund:innen durch den gesamten Prozess und wählst gemeinsam mit ihnen über einen Best Practice Ansatz das passende technische SetUp aus
- Dazu gehört das Erkennen von individuellen Kundenbedürfnissen und die Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von passenden Lösungen im Sinne des Service-Designs
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und Beschwerden und hilfst den technischen Kolleg:innen dabei, eine optimale Lösung zu finden – nur durch Feedback können wir unsere Kund:innen verstehen und ihre Wünsche wahr machen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit
- Du verbindest kundenorientiertes und analytisches Denken und Handeln mit einer systematischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise und einem betriebswirtschaftlichem Grundverständnis
