Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten und unterstützen die Kolleg:innen in allen Fragen der Ablauforganisation und Aufbauorganisation
- Sie analysieren Anforderungen aus den Geschäftsprozessen sowie auftretende Störungen im IT-Betrieb schnell, kompetent und zielgerichtet und setzen passende Lösungen um
- Sie pflegen und aktualisieren die Organisationsdokumentation der Bank kontinuierlich und stellen deren Qualität und Aktualität sicher
- Sie gestalten bankinterne Prozesse gemeinsam mit den Prozessverantwortlichen unter Einhaltung definierter Vorgaben und Standards zur Prozessgestaltung
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des IT-Berechtigungskonzepts mit und berücksichtigen dabei alle relevanten gesetzlichen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), IT–Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine gleichwertige Berufsausbildung oder ein (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im Bereich Bank oder Informatik
- Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von IT-Systemen und im 1st-Level-Support im Bereich der Anwenderbetreuung sammeln
- Sie besitzen umfangreiche Kenntnisse der Standard-Officeanwendungen und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
