Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die vollständige Durchführung und fachgerechte Ausführung von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Inbetriebnahmen der Anlagen.
- Du stehst in ständigem Kontakt mit den Abteilungsleitern und arbeitest gemeinsam an Lösungen und Verbesserungen.
- Du wirkst bei Machbarkeitsstudien mit und bringst Deine Expertise ein.
- Du kümmerst Dich um den Versuchs- und Werkzeugbau sowie um den Werkzeugwechsel.
- Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit im Werkstattbereich.
- Du bist zuständig für Materialbestellungen.
- Du planst und ermittelst das Budget für die Jahresüberholung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder wertvolle Erfahrung im Metallsektor (zum Beispiel als Maschinenbautechniker, Metalltechniker, Mechaniker oder in einem verwandten Berufsfeld).
- Idealerweise bringst Du Kenntnisse im Schweißen, Drehen und Fräsen mit.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick aus.
- Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System ist für Dich gegeben.
- Eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus.
- Du bist zuverlässig, teamfähig und hast ein starkes Hygienebewusstsein.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
