Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Wartung, Reparatur und Inbetriebnahme unserer Produktionsanlagen, wobei Du Bauteile durch Drehen, Fräsen und Schweißen eigenständig anfertigst oder instand setzt.
- Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung an elektrischen sowie mechanischen Systemen, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicherzustellen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Abteilungsleitern entwickelst Du technische Lösungen und bringst Deine Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Anlagen ein.
- Du verantwortest den Versuchs- und Werkzeugbau, wirkst bei Machbarkeitsstudien mit und gewährleistest dabei die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit.
- Du managst die Werkstatt, übernimmst Materialbestellungen und unterstützt bei der Budgetplanung für die Jahresüberholung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metallbau, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Metallbearbeitung mit – idealerweise im Schweißen, Drehen und Fräsen.
- Dein Profil wird durch ein gutes Verständnis für Elektrotechnik abgerundet, passend zum Schwerpunkt der Stelle.
- Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist bereit, im 3-Schicht-System zu arbeiten und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
