Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich Einkommensteuererklärungen für einen festen Mandantenstamm und sichern dabei höchste Qualitätsstandards.
- Sie beraten Ihre Mandant:innen proaktiv in allen Fragen rund um die Einkommensteuer, zeigen Optimierungspotenziale auf und koordinieren Ihre Termine dabei eigenständig.
- Sie übernehmen die sorgfältige Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und führen bei Bedarf eigenständig Rechtsbehelfsverfahren zur Wahrung der Mandanteninteressen durch.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kolleg:innen zusammen, pflegen Mandantendaten und dokumentieren Ihre Vorgänge sorgfältig mit den gängigen Microsoft Office-Anwendungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ihre Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, gekrönt von einer Weiterbildung zum/zur Steuerfachwirt:in.
- Sie verfügen über mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Steuerrecht und sind besonders versiert in der Erstellung von Einkommensteuererklärungen.
- Mit Ihrer kundenorientierten und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise gewinnen Sie das Vertrauen unserer Mandant:innen und arbeiten gleichzeitig eng im Team zusammen.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
