Was erwartet Sie?
- Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere internationalen Kunden analysieren Sie deren Bedarfe und entwickeln in enger Abstimmung mit der Konstruktion passgenaue technische Lösungen für die Blechverarbeitung.
- Sie steuern den gesamten Vertriebszyklus eigenverantwortlich – von der technischen Lösungsfindung über die Angebotserstellung bis hin zu erfolgreichen Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Durch gezielte Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen identifizieren Sie proaktiv neue Geschäftspotenziale und tragen so maßgeblich zum Unternehmenswachstum bei.
- Sie bauen nachhaltige und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu unseren Bestandskunden auf und agieren als strategische:r Partner:in auf Augenhöhe.
- Auf internationalen Fachmessen und bei Präsentationen vor Ort überzeugen Sie potenzielle Neukunden von der Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Produkte und Systeme.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau/ Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Maschinenbautechniker:in
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb im Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte technische Kompetenz und ein gutes Verständnis komplexer Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch verhandlungssicher und haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind bereit, im In- und Ausland zu reisen
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und strukturiert und haben eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
