Bauleiter für Baustellenkoordination (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du organisierst und steuerst die Baustelle vor Ort (deutschlandweit)
- Du koordinierst Monteur:innen und Nachunternehmer:innen (ca. 5–10 Personen)
- Du stimmst dich mit der Projektleitung, Kund:innen und Partner:innen ab
- Du überwachst und kontrollierst die Zeichnungen, technischen Unterlagen und Fließschemata
- Du überwachst Termine, Qualität und Sicherheit
- Du kümmerst dich um die Baustellenorganisation, das Materialmanagement sowie die Qualitätskontrolle und Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter (m/w/d) mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Rohrleitungs-, Anlagen- oder Metallbau (z. B. als Rohrschlosser:in, Heizungsbauer:in, Anlagenmechaniker:in)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Montageleitung oder Baustellenkoordination
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Baustelleneinrichtung, Arbeitssicherheit und Geräteeinsatz
- Du bringst Organisationsstärke, Führungserfahrung und Belastbarkeit mit
- Du bist bereit zur deutschlandweit Reisetätigkeit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B (erforderlich), BE ist von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist teamfähig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
