Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Bewohner:innen professionell bei der Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl
- Du unterstützt die Serviceleitung bei der Führung des Serviceteams
- Du führst den Frühstücks-, Mittags- oder Abendservice im Bewohnerrestaurant durch
- Du wirkst aktiv bei verschiedenen F&B Events mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Abrechnung, Bestellung und Inventur
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen unserer Residenz zusammen und hältst die Hygienestandards gemäß HACCP ein

About Brasserie Colette Tim Raue
Die Brasserie Colette Tim Raue ist ein Brasserie-Konzept, das als Teil der Tertianum Premium Residences in Berlin, München und Konstanz entstand und vom Berliner Sternekoch Tim Raue konzipiert wurde. Im Mittelpunkt der drei Restaurants steht eine klassische Brasserie-Küche, deren Aromatik und Präsentation jedoch die typische Tim Raue Handschrift trägt und damit dem aktuellen Zeitgeist entspricht. Die Innenarchitektur setzt das kulinarische Konzept fort: Klassische Brasserie-Elemente wie antike Spiegel, Marmortische und Mosaikböden werden mit modernen Design-Elementen wie grünen Lederpolstern und schwarz gebeiztem Holzparkett kombiniert.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
