Hilfe für Pflegebedürftige - Unterstützung für die Angehörigen Das ist die Kernaussage in unserem Leitbild und das leben wir jeden Tag. Neben der Pflege und der medizinischen Versorgung von unseren Klienten legen wir großen Wert auf die Krankenbeobachtung. Bei der Aufnahme von Klienten führen wir diverse Assessments durch um den Status Quo ermitteln zu können. Im Zeitablauf evaluieren wir diese, reagieren sehr schnell auf Veränderungen und vereinbaren notwendige Maßnahmen. Wir prüfen die häuslichen Gegebenheiten und ermitteln den Bedarf von notwendigen Pflegehilfsmitteln. Bei der Beantragung und Beschaffung der Pflegehilfsmittel unterstützen wir unsere Klienten. Wir legen auch großen Wert auf die Unterstützung und Beratung der Angehörigen. Wir helfen bei allen notwendigen Anträgen (auch bei erforderlichen Höherstufungsanträgen). Wir pflegen eine intensive Kommunikation mit den Angehörigen um notwendige Maßnahmen gemeinsam zielführend umzusetzen. Mit unseren Mitarbeitern pflegen wir ein offenes und kommunikatives Verhältnis. Wir leben gegenseitige Wertschätzung. Wir haben schon mehr als 10 Mitarbeiter, die länger als fünf Jahre bei uns tätig sind. Unsere Fluktuationsrate in den letzten vier Jahren ist nahezu Null.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
