  • Du entwickelst, setzt um und optimierst Social-Media-Kampagnen (z. B. Meta‑/Google‑Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) inklusive Performance‑Monitoring und Reporting
  • Du erstellst redaktionellen Content (Posts, Texte, Bilder, Videos), planst Redaktionen und managst die Community
  • Du analysierst KPIs wie Engagement, Reichweite, Conversion und passt die Maßnahmen erfolgsorientiert an
  • Du konzipierst und gestaltest Printmedien (Flyer, Broschüren, Präsentationen, Messen‑Material, klassische Werbung) und koordinierst mit externen Dienstleistern (z. B. Agenturen oder Druckereien), planst Budgets und setzt Offline-Kampagnen um
  • Du entwickelst die Gesamt-Marketingstrategie (online/offline) in Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement oder externen Agenturen
  • Du führst Markt‑, Zielgruppen- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und unterstützt bei Events, Messen, Newsletter-Kampagnen oder der Content-Pflege der Website

  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbar z.B. Medienwissenschaften

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
