- Sie führen persönliche und telefonische Beratungen zu Telekommunikationsprodukten und -dienstleistungen durch, sowohl zu kaufmännischen als auch zu technischen Fragestellungen, und übernehmen dies auch im Vertretungsfall
- Sie beraten im Bereich von Strom, Gas, Wasser und Fernwärme
- Sie dokumentieren Kundenanfragen und Vorgänge
- Sie pflegen Kundenstammdaten in Kundendatenbanken

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kommunikationselektroniker mit Fachrichtung Telekommunikationstechnik (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice und Kundenberatung
- Sie besitzen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Kund:innen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
