DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du bist unser SPOC, wenn es um internationale Steuerthemen geht. Du hältst alle Fäden zusammen, sorgst dafür, dass wir global compliant bleiben – und bekommst dabei starken Support von unserer Buchhaltung und externen Steuerprofis
- Internationale Expansion? Du bist dabei. Ob neue Sales-Hirings im Ausland oder Rechnungen an Kunden weltweit – du bewertest steuerliche Auswirkungen (VAT, WHT, PE, CIT, TT) und bringst pragmatische Lösungen mit
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist Sparringspartnerin für verschiedene Teams und steuerst steuerliche Themen unserer Tochtergesellschaften und Betriebsstätten. Du koordinierst dabei internationale Steuerberaterinnen, die sich um Registrierungen, Meldungen und Erklärungen kümmern.
- Transfer Pricing? Liegt bei dir. Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren externen Beratern die TP-Strategie weiter, sorgst für Umsetzung und Dokumentation – und stehst den operativen Einheiten mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
- Gemeinsam mit unserem Sales-Team entwickelst du unsere internationale Steuerstrategie weiter – vor allem, wenn es um Umsatzsteuer- und Quellensteuerpflichten geht
- Außerdem bringst du frischen Wind in unsere Prozesse: Du optimierst, automatisierst und standardisierst, was geht – und baust ein konzernweites Tax Compliance Management System (CMS) auf
- Du kennst dich im HGB-Abschluss aus, hilfst bei Steuererklärungen und bist auch bei Betriebsprüfungen ein sicherer Rückhalt
- Du reportest an unseren Head of Finance und arbeitest eng mit dem CFO zusammen

DEIN PROFIL
- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen – oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Fokus auf Steuern und Rechnungswesen. Ein Steuerberater-Examen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Verrechnungspreise oder internationaler Umsatzsteuer (insbesondere im Bereich elektronisch erbrachter Dienstleistungen) bei einer größeren Beratungsgesellschaft. Du hast außerdem bereits in einem Industrieunternehmen gearbeitet – Erfahrung in der Softwarebranche ist ein echtes Plus
- Du kennst Dich bestens aus mit internationaler Umsatz- und Quellensteuer, Betriebsstätten und Verrechnungspreis-Methoden – und hast praktische Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen. Wenn Du zusätzlich Erfahrung im Tax Accounting oder in der Bilanzierung mitbringst, umso besser
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch – und das merkt man Dir an
- Du fühlst Dich in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern wohl und begegnest allen auf Augenhöhe – klar, respektvoll und offen
- Mit MS Office gehst Du souverän um (Google Suite ist ein Bonus), idealerweise kennst Du auch ERP- oder Reporting-Tools wie Odoo und/oder DATEV
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
