Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Bauleitung bei der Personal- und Einsatzplanung für Fahrzeuge und Geräte
- Du steuerst und überwachst die Bau- und Montageprozesse und kontrollierst externe Leistungen
- Du bedienst Mastbedienungswinden und regulierst Seilzugmaschinen mit Einfachseil und Bündelleiter
- Du führst technische Prüfungen und Kontrollmessungen zur Qualitätssicherung durch
- Du unterweist das Baustellenpersonal sowie die Subunternehmer in sicherheitsrelevanten und technischen Belangen
- Du leitest und arbeitest neue Mitarbeitende im Team ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist uneingeschränkt berufstauglich für Arbeiten im Freileitungsbau
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklich anerkannten Ausbildungsberuf
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Montage und Bau von Freileitungen mit
- Du hast Führungserfahrung und Organisationsgeschick
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und einen in Deutschland anerkannten Führerschein Klasse B
