Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst Projekte von Anfang bis Ende und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du prüfst Verträge, verhandelst mit Auftraggeber:innen und sicherst wirtschaftliche Lösungen
- Du sorgst für klare Strukturen und eine effiziente Umsetzung der Projektziele in Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleiter:innen
- Du analysierst regelmäßig den Projektstatus, steuerst gezielt nach und betreibst aktives Risikomanagement
- Du erstellst klare und vollständige Dokumentationen und Reports

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung mit
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Elektrotechnik
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
- Du hast Teamgeist, kommunizierst effizient und bist zuverlässig, zudem bist du reisebereit
- Du bist entscheidungsfreudig, durchsetzungsstark und führungsstark
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und handelst zielorientiert
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, verhandlungssicher und flexibel

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
