Mit deiner Expertise in Performance Marketing machst du einen Unterschied für unsere Kund:innen. Unsere tägliche Mission besteht darin, unseren Kundinnen und Kunden durch einfaches WordPress Hosting mehr Freiraum zu schaffen, damit sie sich auf ihre Leidenschaft und ihr Business konzentrieren können.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst unsere Paid Marketing Strategie weiter und identifizierst Optimierungspotentiale (z. B. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok)
- Du verwaltest das Paid Marketing Budget (im fünfstelligen Bereich pro Monat)
- Du koordinierst unsere Paid Media Kampagnen mit einem Fokus auf Performance und Effizienz, Timing und Zielsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Agenturen
- Du erstellst und optimierst conversionoptimierte Landingpages für deine Kampagnen
- Du unterstützt das Marketing Team beim Aufbau von Funnels, Growth Tests und Maßnahmen zur Lead Generierung
- Das Tracking, Reporting sowie die Steuerung von laufenden Paid Marketing Kampagnen liegen in deiner Hand

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing und bist im Umgang mit Google, Meta und LinkedIn Ads versiert
- Du bringst Erfahrung im B2B Marketing oder der IT/Software Branche mit
- Du arbeitest zahlengetrieben mit Datenanalyse, Testing und Tracking Tools
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Budgetsteuerung und KPI-Optimierung (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR)
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, bringst neue Ideen ein und bist ein Teamplayer
- Du bist eine offene und kontaktfreudige Person
- Du lernst gerne dazu und entwickelst dich weiter
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
- Du hast relevante Zertifizierungen im Performance-Marketing abgeschlossen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Automation und/oder SEO mit
- Du hast bereits mit WordPress gearbeitet

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
