Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten und koordinieren Entwicklungsprojekte
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Einhaltung von Projektplänen, insbesondere Durchführung, Budgets, Zeitvorgaben und Qualitätsstandards aller Projektphasen
- Sie erstellen bzw. veranlassen Angebote in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams
- Sie erstellen Projektpläne, Risikobewertungen und technische Dokumentationen
- Sie entwickeln Fertigungsprozesse und Montageabläufe und verbessern kontinuierlich Prozesse und Methoden im Projektmanagement
- Sie arbeiten mit allen Bereichen zusammen und kommunizieren sowie stimmen sich mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kund:innen und Zulassungsbehörden, ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwesen, Medizintechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, anderenfalls eine vergleichbare fachbezogene technische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, mindestens 5 bis 7 Jahre, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik
- Sie haben mehrere Entwicklungsprojekte geleitet und erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie arbeiten analytisch und lösungsorientiert und zeigen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie sind flexibel und anpassungsfähig in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Sie besitzen Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und sprechen fließend Deutsch (mind. B1) und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
