Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung von Gewerbe-, Büro- und Einzelhandelsimmobilien zusammen mit den Stakeholdern und dem Asset-Vermietungsmanagement mit
- Du entwickelst Konzepte für die Modernisierung und implementierst Nachhaltigkeitskonzepte
- Du steuerst eigenständig den Realisierungsprozess bis zur Fertigstellung
- Du wählst externe Planer, Architekt:innen, Ingenieur:innen, Behörden und Baubeteiligte aus, steuerst und arbeitest mit ihnen zusammen
- Du erarbeitest Baubeschreibungen und Bauleistungsbeschreibungen
- Du nimmst die Bauherrenvertretung wahr und stellst die Erfüllung aller Anforderungen sicher
- Du verhandelst und schließt Planer-Verträge, Generalunternehmerverträge und Bauverträge ab oder wirkst daran mit
- Du wirkst bei der strategischen Planung und Umsetzung von ESG- und EE-getriebenen Maßnahmen mit
- Du kontrollierst und überwachst regelmäßig das Facility Management und führst das technische Property Management durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bauliche Expertise im Bereich Bauwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften, TGA-Planung oder gleichwertige Qualifikationen in der Baukoordination/Bausteuerung aus Bauherrensicht
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienprojektentwicklung, idealerweise mit Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Bestands- und Gewerbeimmobilien
- Du bist kommunikations- und umsetzungsstark und hast ein Verständnis für diverse Fachdisziplinen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse des Bau- und Planungsrechts, Werkvertragsrechts, VOB, HOAI und AHO
- Du verfügst über unternehmerisches und strategisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Selbständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
