Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Begleitung unserer Industrieprojekte im Stahl- und Anlagenbau – von der Kostenanalyse mit MS Excel bis zum Reporting für die Projektleitung.
- Du erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen auf Basis der Verträge und bist für die sorgfältige Prüfung sowie Kontierung der Eingangsrechnungen zuständig.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Projektleitung überwachst du den Projektfortschritt, erstellst Abrechnungen und stellst den pünktlichen Zahlungseingang sicher.
- Du unterstützt das Projektteam bei administrativen Aufgaben und verantwortest das professionelle Dokumentenmanagement für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufleute, Bürokaufleute) und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du arbeitest selbständig und strukturiert und hast eine proaktive und vorausschauende Denkweise
- Du hast ein gutes Zahlen- und Kostenverständnis und bist verschwiegen
