Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest kaufmännisch Industrieprojekte im Stahl- und Anlagenbau, überwachst und analysierst den Kostenverlauf sowie den Zahlungseingang und berichtest an die Projektleitung und Geschäftsführung
- Du erstellst Abrechnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Projektleitung
- Du managst Dokumente und unterstützt die technische Projektleitung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben
- Du erfasst und bereitest Eingangsrechnungen vor, inklusive Kontierung und Rechnungsprüfung
- Du erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen anhand der Vertragsvorgaben und übernimmst allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufleute, Bürokaufleute) und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
