- Du planst und leitest eigenständig ergotherapeutische Einzel- und Gruppentherapien, um die Fortschritte unserer Rehabilitanden gezielt zu fördern.
- Dabei setzt Du kreative und handlungsorientierte Methoden ein – von gestalterischen Techniken bis hin zu alltagspraktischen Trainings.
- Du begleitest Deine Patientinnen und Patienten aktiv auf ihrem Weg zurück in ein selbstständiges Leben und hilfst ihnen, praktische Fähigkeiten neu zu erlernen.
- Mit Deiner positiven und wertschätzenden Art stärkst Du die Motivation sowie die Selbstreflexion der Rehabilitanden und schaffst eine vertrauensvolle Therapieatmosphäre.
- Du dokumentierst den Therapieverlauf und die erzielten Erfolge sorgfältig in unserem digitalen Klinikmanagementsystem.
- In regelmäßigen Teambesprechungen stimmst Du Dich eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Fachbereichen ab, um ganzheitliche Behandlungskonzepte zu entwickeln.

Das ist uns wichtig
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Leitung von Gruppen mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen ergotherapeutischen Methoden.
- Deine positive und wertschätzende Haltung zeichnet dich im Umgang mit Rehabilitand:innen und Kolleg:innen aus.
- Du arbeitest gerne im interdisziplinären Team und bringst dich aktiv ein.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Reha-Bereich gesammelt; Kenntnisse in MBOR sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und bist vertraut mit gängiger Office-Software zur Dokumentation.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
